I just wanted to write to you with some great feedback I received during a recent monitoring visit I conducted at Achieve Australia. It was absolutely wonderful to hear such positive feedback from all the students, and to hear that, not only one but, all I made contact with were engaged and positive about their training. The trainees varied in their feedback, that it was well received, clear and well structured. Being in the industry a while now, the feedback I received from these students has been the best I have heard and thought it warrant an email to let you know.

I have been a student at Equalis on and off for the past 5 years completing three full courses and five professional development courses.
During this time I have found all the staff to be very helpful, understanding and very easy to talk to. Through my study at Equalis I have been able to gain employment very quickly within my newly chosen career of working within the aged care sector.

I would like to thank Equalis for providing courses that have not only broadened my knowledge but have pushed me to achieve things beyond what I thought I could, I have learnt so much during my studies. After completing much of their work placements in the community services sector, they now have a better handle on goal setting, time management and effective communication; skills that will no doubt assist them to take those next important steps into the work place.
The training was well presented, interactive and appropriate for where our participants were at, training delivered with expertise and sensitivity.
Once again, I can't thank you enough for the sensitivity that you bring to your training. These students really need it and you have the ability to teach people form a broad spectrum of backgrounds in a really effective way. You are appreciated!
Thank you so much Peta, I am over the moon with being able to complete such an interesting Course, this is the first one that I have undertaken in over 30 years and I went into it a little afraid, but thanks to your terrific presentation in classes and assistance whenever it was asked, my confidence grew as sessions progressed and now having completed this course has been a great confidence booster for me. So thank you for making this such a pleasurable and interesting Course.

My studies, completing a Certificate III in Aged Care with Equalis, has been a very rewarding experience.
It has inspired me to focus on the quality of care for individuals, cares and families and who are worthy of respect, dignity and inclusion in the community, regardless of their level of disability.
I found studying with Equalis to be flexible allowing me to work at my own pace in my own space. The support of Equalis staff was extremely encouraging and gave me the opportunity and confidence to complete my studies within 6 months.
I was offered and completed a Dual Certificate, by Equalis including Certificate III in Home and Community Care as well as Certificate III Aged Care which allowed me to complete two certificates and enhance my skills and knowledge. This has been of great benefit to me as I work at BCS Care Centre Mid North Coast where we provide Community Aged Care to support and serve our clients needs in their own homes.
As a result of my studies with Equalis I am now able to provide support and ensure planning and delivery and evaluation of compassionate ,ethical ,flexible and creative care that responds to changing individual needs, enhance each clients quality of life by maximising his/her self esteem , choice, abilities, purpose ,activity and meaning in daily life.
